On Thursday 16th March, we had our fantastic Food Festival. This was to encourage pupils to see, smell and taste a variety of food from around the world, and celebrate the range of food that we are able to eat. Many parents and staff kindly brought in food for children to try, this included: Hungarian, French, Spanish and many more. It was a great success; some of the food was sold out in the first slot – that is how tempting it was! In fact, we sold out of tickets with so many people arriving, that we had to print more! We would like to say a huge ‘Thank you’ to all the parents that helped; thank you so much for your time, food and donations of money. We were able to raise £154.65, which will help to support the purchase of some new resources for our English curriculum.
