Bowsland Green Primary School is looking to employ a creative, nurturing and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support a young girl in Year 4. Candidates with experience supporting children with attachment disorders and social, emotional mental health challenges would be beneficial. This particular pupil is very motivated and enthusiastic and Bowsland Green would be looking to employ practitioners with the ability to build strong working relationships with children, in addition to promoting independence.
Candidates must have a minimum Level 2 teaching assistant qualification to be consider for the position.
We looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and driven support worker to join Team Bowsland and are open to candidates with a range of skill sets and experiences working with children and young adults with Special Educational Needs. As an inclusive school, we are looking to employ a SEND TA that strives to make learning accessible for all, enables learners to become successful and independent and someone who working in a creative and fun environment.
21.5 Hours Weekly
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety and welfare of children and young people. All staff and volunteers are expected to share this commitment and all appointments will be subject to appropriate vetting, including an enhanced DBS disclosure check.
